Since the start of our business in 2007 we started with 1.5 Mbps Download Speeds and pricing has never increased. What has increased is our speeds to our customers as we increased our Download Speed to 2.5 Mbps in 2009 and to 6.0 Mbps in Nov 2011. We are now offering 10.0 Mbps service in some areas.

Residential - Home Plan

up to 6.0 Mbps Download Speed and 1.0 Mbps Upload Speed*
Pricing is $50.00 per month
$50 Installation fee with a two year commitment
$100 Installation fee with a one year commitment
$200 Installation fee without committment
Note: Termination of service prior to commitment terms requires customer to return all equipment to Kendallville Internet and will result in a charge of $250.

Residential - Family Plan

Installation fee is based on a typical installation. Additional fees will be charged for more involved installations.

*Your internet speeds are based on where you are in our network and the amount of traffic at the given time. During those "Rush Hours" our router will prioritize traffic as received to provide you the best (QOS) Quality of Service so your speeds may be slower than advertised.

Internet Service Application

We have two payment dates, and when you sign up you choose your preference which is the 1st or the 15th of each month.

Payments are due in advance for current month service.
